May 1st 2008. A supercell develops over central Oklahoma. This storm exploded off of the dryline that setup across central Oklahoma. Even though there was a slight risk of storms the dynamics were there for any storm to develop to quickly become severe. I chased this storm from south east Oklahoma City through all the way to Wellston Oklahoma. I finally headed home as darkness fell.
